4 Park Avenue Suite B Lindale, GA 30147
A primary care practice devoted exclusively to the care of adult
women age 12 and up. This continues the important work initiated at The Women’s
Center but in an independent practice setting. Onsite capabilities include DEXA
scan, CLIA waived lab, EKG, minor surgery. The office is fully computerized
including electronic medical records, billing and electronic prescribing. Paper

The Women’s Center April 1995 – July 2000
304 Shorter Avenue Rome, GA 30165
This practice is an affiliate of Floyd Medical Center and
specializes in adult women’s health. Dr. White was the first medical director.
The first on site DEXA scanning was offered at TWC and Dr. White was the first
physician certified to perform DEXA scans in Northwest Georgia. On site
mammography was originally part of TWC but this was removed when Dr. White
departed. Subsequently TWC was changed to a traditional Family Practice so it no
longer exists as a women only practice.
Northwest Georgia OB-GYN now known as
Northwest Georgia Medical Group April 1990 – March 1995
1105 North Fifth Avenue Rome, GA 30165
Dr. White’s professional concentration on women’s health dates
back over ten years to her practice at this OB-GYN group. She provided
outpatient prenatal care as well as primary care for the broad spectrum of
women’s health problems.
Harbin Clinic Immediate Care Center Sept 1989 – March 1990
